"St. Patrick's Day for Cool People" is a cookbook attempting to revitalize culinary enthusiasm for a holiday that is often overlooked. Rather than restate the point that many have made before, "Culture and food are connected," I wanted to be a little provocative in my recipe development and explore inauthenticity as it relates to diasporas such as that of the Irish-American.
